The location was fantastic, just a quick walk from the station, and convenient for our family with easy access to a nearby mall. My grandson loved trying different pillow options available on our floor during our stay. We paid a visit to the nearby launderette, which was really handy.

cuore nagasaki ekimae is super convenient! it’s right across from the train station and next to the bus station. the bathroom amenities were excellent, and the cozy bathrobe and slippers made my stay even better. the friendly reception staff really made a difference too.

I stayed in a Twin Room, Non-Smoking for 2 nights. The bed was super comfy, and I loved having a settee to relax on. The layout felt roomy, which is nice for a hotel. However, the shower could use some upgrades. it felt a bit dated and not as powerful as I hoped. Breakfast was decent, with some good options, but labeling the food would have helped a lot. Overall, a cozy stay but I could see room for improvement.

Great choice for family with children

The elevated walkway to the station was a real lifesaver for us with the kids. We found a free tea machine in the lobby that really hit the spot after a long day.
